Department of Healt & Senior Services-Div. of Senior and Disability Services
Provides long term supports for personal care items and consultation to access Adult Day Care and other resources.

Department of Revenue
Application process for a non-driver's identification card for homeland security and employment purposes. Process to apply for Missouri Driver's license.
Department of Social Services
Public assistance to children and young adults meeting the eligibility criteria for income assistance programs, food stmps and medicaid applications. (MOHealthNet).
Missouri Statewide Independent Living Council (MoSILC)

The independent living movement is based on the philosophy that people with all types of disabilities should have the same civil rights as those without disabilities. They have a right to control their lives, based on a choice of options that minimizes their reliance on others.
Supplemental Security Income
The Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program pays benefits to disabled adults and children who have limited income and resources.

SSI benefits also are payable to people 65 and older without disabilities who meet the financial limits
Vocational Rehabilitation
Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (MDVR) operates under the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE). The Division is made up of three core programs: Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Disability Determination Services (DDS), and Independent Living (IL). All three programs are dedicated to providing quality services to our consumers and to increasing their independence.
